right over the edge. But you

STN and we decided that we
were a victim of an
incredibly stupid legal
maneuver by an attorney in
Dallas Texas named Daniel
Chalker of Chalker Flores!
Here is what happened:
There is a company in
Texas named Splash Media.
They are in the business of
selling books and tapes and
providing video training to
create daily motivation and
success in peoples lives, just as we have
been doing at STN (A
Division of Western Capital)
since 2000.
Well, this company in
Texas decided that they
liked the name that we have
been
using ( The Success Training
Network) and decided to
overlook the fact that we
had registered the domain
name

AND
registered the business with
the state BEFORE THEY DID!
Not to mention that YOU, our
students, have been with us
for years! But old
Daniel refuses to believe
that YOU Exist! He
wants proof that We are
indeed THE SUCCESS TRAINING
NETWORK!
Now, here comes the fun
part. Splash Media has
hired a young gun attorney
named Dan Chalker to demand
that we add a disclosure on
our site, Which we are doing
here! Claiming that our
site, with all of the media
attention and traffic we
receive was "confusing" his
clients customers. He
wants to ensure that
everyone in the world knows
that they (Splash Media...
The Company that STOLE OUR
NAME) are a DIFFERENT
Success Training Network!
Hmmmmm....
Well, being the good
Samaritans that we are, and
due to the fact that we
would rather have a cold
one, instead of dealing with
young attorneys out to make
a name for themselves, we
have decided to help them in
their quest by being the
bigger man and simply stating the
