Radio-Reconnaissance Spectrum Analysis (RRSA)

Many eavesdropping devices transmit: audio / video / computer / fax information via radio waves. A technique pioneered by us is used to detect these emissions. We comb the radio-frequency spectrum with custom designed, government-level surveillance receivers, and process detected signals in real-time. Final result… even the most sophisticated audio / data / video bugs are revealed.

Extremely effective, this level of testing is very rare outside official circles - due to prohibitive cost and required technical skill.

Note: Not all spectrum analysis is the same. Previous generations of quality receivers (Oscors, ECRs, Scan locks, etc.) - still in common use - do not reliably detect the new frequency-hopping bugs. We can.

Even the newest spectrum analyzers will not allow you to see the pictures broadcast by the ubiquitous FM video bugs. We can.

Plus... we can digitize live video, record it, and time / date stamp it for evidence - the minute we detect it. They can't.


Thermal Emissions Spectrum Analysis (TESA)
Minute amounts of heat are generated as electricity moves through a surveillance device's circuitry. Our laboratory grade TESA instrumentation detects and displays these temperature differentials... to less than 18 one-thousandth of a degree Celsius.

This allows us to detect surveillance cameras (hidden in false ceilings and walls) and bugs hidden in antique furniture - without damaging these items during the inspection process.

What About Skip Tracing Services?

Western Capital Investigation Services can find anyone living in the United States if you have their Social Security Number. if you have this information , an old address within the last 7 years, or if they have an uncommon name.  Even without this information, our searches are usually successful.

 Locator #1 

• $225.00

• This is a database search conducted when subject's Social Security Number is known.

• Usually takes 3-4 days.

• This search will find most individuals residing in Canada.  It is successful well over 90% of the time.

• There is no charge for this search if it does not produce an address used by the person within the last year.

 Locator #2 

• $250.00

• Usually takes 4-5 days

• This is a database search conducted when only an old address for the subject is available and it is less than 7 years old.

• This search also has a relatively high success rate, but it is more difficult without the Social Insurance Number.  The first thing we do is try to find the Social Insurance Number of the person.  If we can find it, the success rate is well over 90%.  If we cannot, the success rate is about 80%.

• There is no charge for this search if it does not produce an address used by the person within the last year.

 Locator #3 

• $275.00

• Usually takes 5-6 days, but may take longer on difficult cases.

• This is an in-depth database search conducted when only the subjects name is known, and it is not a common name.

• If multiple possibilities are found, all are forwarded to the client.

• This search is chargeable whether the person is found or not, but it is successful about 70% of the time.

• Takes 5 days or longer.

• Combined database and manual search for individuals who cannot be found with other Locator Searches or who may be hiding.

 Caller ID/Call Block Locator/Trace 

• $245.00

• This search is for individuals who can somehow be contacted by mail or through a third party and can be convinced by pretext to call an 800 number.  If they call the 800 number, the number they are calling from is immediately recorded and can be traced to the physical location.  Caller ID Blocking does not work when they call the 800 number.  We have different pretexts available to convince the person to call the 800 number, ranging from contest notification to legatee (heir) searches.  The fee for this locator includes tracing the phone number to a physical address if the number is a listed number.  If the phone number is unlisted, an additional charge of $70.00 is incurred to trace it.

• There is a $50.00 NO HIT FEE if the subject does not call the number within 30 days.
